Bring water, oil, spices, vinegar to a boil, dip pieces of coarsely chopped pods in the marinade, boil for 5 minutes. Arrange the vegetables in jars, filling the volume by 3 quarters, add hot brine, roll up.

Without sterilization

You can quickly prepare a couple of jars of winter snacks without sterilization. The preparatory work and the process itself will take no more than an hour.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • water - 0.5 l;
